well i decided i needed to update this part...
So, i will try to update it more often anyways. This will still be about witnessing though.
"Thy will be done" has just been stuck in
my mind for quite awhile now. Thanksgiving, our pastor gave his sermon on "our daily bread" or something VERY similar to that.
But it was such a good sermon! Cuz it was not just about our daily bread, but everything that God has given us. He has given
us clothes, a home, family, friends, everything we need to survive. He has given his SON, which is the ONLY thing we need
to live eternally, forever... what a thought, "forever" which i guess that is what give us this day our daily bread means
in all actuality, I had just been oblivious to that fact until then...
anyways, the thy will be done part. What a
way to end a prayer right? I mean seriously. To me it is almost like a plea for God to take my entire life into his hands,
and just like the song, "take me, mold me, use me, fill me, i give my life, to the potter's hands.." Thy will be done
simply states that YOU want God to use you and do whatever he wants with you, almost like a puppet, God is in control of your
life.
He will always be with you, as he is our father.
he reigns everywhere, especially as he works
in heaven...
hallowed be thy name, well, keep it sacred,
i have no analogies yet...
We want to receive christ in our life, let
him dwell in us for the day that he comes back that he may take us back to heaven... which should be our main goal in life,
to reach heaven and bring as many others with us as possible...
"thy will be done" I wish it was as easy said
than done.
on earth as it is in heaven...
give us this day our daily bread, please give
us everything we need to survive this earthly life..
Please forgive me, I know that
I am wrong and don't deserve what you have given, therefore i ask you of forgiveness
and help us to forgive and keep loving just
as you have taught us.
because everything that i have and don't have is yours... forever and
ever.
Amen....
says it all in a simple prayer right?
Thy will be done just gets me everytime...
